Cinnamon VS Fenugreek For Weight Loss: Losing weight without skipping your favorite food is very easy nowadays. Yes, you can lose weight naturally just by following a few routines. Most people avoid eating proper food to lose weight. But no you don’t need to stop eating your favorite food to lose weight.

How To Take Cinnamon For Weight Loss
- Take few natural cinnamon stick
- Grid it well and store the powder in box
- Everyday morning take pinch of cinnamon powder and boil it in one cup of water
- Then drink the water with an empty stomach
- You can add one tablespoon of honey to it
Note : Do not over drink it also do not add more than a pinch for boiling.
How To Take Fenugreek For Weight Loss
- Take 1 tbsp fenugreek seed and soak it in the water for overnight
- In the morning boil that soaked seed into a cup of water
- Strain it and drink it everyday
Another method how i use fenugreek for my weight loss is
I add soaked fenugreek seeds to my hats, ABC juice and sometimes I boil it with dal and consume it everyday.
These Two ingredients are not only great for weight loss but also have plenty of health benefits. So due to that reason I consume both ingredients everyday. If you do not want to take it everyday you can consume it on alternative days.
