1. You may notice sudden weight gain

The high calories in the fries can lead to sudden weight gain. When any food is fried l large amount of oil will remain on the food and consuming that oil can make you fat. Regular eating of fried food can increase the risk of obesity. So if you want to maintain a healthy weight then do not consume french fries.

2. Can cause heart diseases

The high saturated fat in the fries increases blood cholesterol levels and they promote plaque buildup in arteries that can cause many heart diseases. Even the vegetable oil used in the fries is not changed regularly so as they use it for more time to fry more fat or oil can occur on the food.

3. Damages your gut

The rich oil in fried food is harder for the body to digest. Furthermore, the rich saturated and trans fats in oily food can irritate your stomach. Consuming fried food daily can cause gas, bloating, stomach pain, and diarrhea.

4. May increase risk of diabetes

The high trans fats in fries can increase the risk of many health conditions. When you start consuming fried food it makes you more craving. When more cravings you may consume packed juices or drinks which can eventually lead to the risk of diabetes.

High-saturated fat, processed food, and high carbohydrate food can increase estrogen production which makes your PCOS and PCOD symptoms worse. Due to that, it may lead to weight gain. It also causes inflammation.
